My work investigates societal conformities that isolates individuals to be confined to fit into a space. This space includes being a woman, beauty images, relationships, body image, power and gender roles. I am interested in representing the feeling of hope as a form of resiliency. Printmaking is the medium of my choice because I enjoy making multiples of one image that I can print various layers of colors by hand.
